I’m Natalia - an innovator at heart. Over last decade, I’ve been on a mission to turn bold ideas into real products and real revenue, launching to market 0-to-1 B2B solutions across Supply Chain, Life Science and Education. From leading go-to-market strategies to rolling up my sleeves with AI/ML, IoT, and Blockchain, I’ve brought disruptive innovations to life at companies like Carrier, Infor, Sensitech, Microsoft.

What sets me apart? I don’t just build products, I launch them, scale them, and create the GTM engines behind them. I’ve led cross-functional product launches, built commercialization playbooks, and shaped product-led growth cultures from the ground up.

One of my most defining experiences was as a founding member of a team that grew from 3 to 50+, evolving into a full-fledged product organization. That journey, full of messy trials, pivots, and breakthroughs, taught me how to build sustainable innovation practices, operationalize new ideas, and bring products to market that actually stick.
